Balade N°1 : GR 51 – De la place Général Bertrand au col de Théoule. Environ 1h30 aller-retour. Cheminement dans un vallon dominé par les mimosas, les fougères et les yeuses, puis sur une piste en balcon sur la partie orientale de l’Esterel.

Balade N°2 : Du col de Théoule à la place Vert Bisson. 1h environ aller-retour. Chemin à travers les pins maritimes et les chênes lièges. La table d’orientation créée par le Touring Club de France vous offre une admirable vision de l’Italie à la Corse.

Balade N°3 : Du col de Théoule au port de la Figueirette.
1h environ aller-retour. Par un sentier en pente douce
vous vous dirigez vers la mer. Au détour du chemin magnifique point de vue sur les calanques à travers les pins et les mimosas.

Balade N°4 : De la rue du Sanglier vers le col de Théoule
en passant par Notre Dame d’Afrique. Environ 1h45 aller-retour. Cheminement à travers la bruyère. Une splendeur à l’automne avec son camaïeux de rose et son parfum sucré.

Balade N°5 : De l’Esplanade Charles de Gaulle. Environ 1h aller-retour. Magnifique balade sur la promenade Pradayrol, longeant la mer, aboutissant au parc départemental de la Pointe de l’Aiguille. Possibilité de poursuivre en prenant la balade N°6.

Balade N°6 : Deux départs possibles, de la rue Abel Ballif ou du Boulevard Eugène Dequay à l’avenue Matisse. Environ 2h aller-retour. Superbe promenade longeant la Corniche d’Or.

Balade N°7 : Du port de Théoule au col du Trayas. Environ 1h30 aller-retour. Prendre le tunnel passant sous la voie ferrée, continuer par la rue du Languedoc puis l’avenue du Midi. Laissez-vous guider à travers la forêt d’Eucalyptus. Possibilité de poursuivre jusqu’au col de la Cadière.

Balade N°8 : Sentier reliant le col de Théoule au col du Trayas. Environ 30 minutes. Vous permettra sur le retour, d’admirer le rocher des Monges où l’empreinte du temps a marqué la roche de sculptures souvent insolites.

Balade N°9 : Sentier en balcon qui permet de rejoindre Notre Dame d’Afrique depuis la Balade N°6
