- Take the A8 motorway, exit at junction 40 (Mandelieu la Napoule)
- then head towards (RD989 seaside – the beaches)
- Once on the seaside, take direction St Raphael and follow the Departmental 6098 to Theoule.

All year round, the town of Théoule-sur-Mer offers a free shuttle service to the town centre, from Place de la Mairie to La Figueirette/Trayas.
The shuttle runs 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm, with 14 stops in rotation (drop-off on request along the route).
Lunch break between 1pm and 2pm.
Departures at peak times from Place de la Mairie (10am, 11am, 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm for the last stop) and at half-time from Port de la Figueirette (10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm for the last stop).
