The Director of Publication is the President, and the webmaster is Mr Clément Polito.

Rights and duties of the user

Users of this site acknowledge that they have the skills and resources required to access and use this site and that they have checked that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and is in perfect working order.

Users are hereby informed, in accordance with the law, that the information they provide via the forms on the site is required to respond to their request and is intended for the person responsible for processing the site. Use of site data

Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever without the express authorisation of the mayor of the Tourist Office of Théoule sur Mer is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The same applies to the databases appearing on the website, of which the Tourist Office of Théoule sur Mer is the producer and which are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing the European directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the Intellectual Property Code.

Cookie duration
